By accessing or using Trendicator's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Trendicator provides a subscription-based trading indicator for the TradingView platform. Upon subscribing, you receive access to our invite-only indicator that provides trading signals and analysis tools.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
• All payments are processed securely by our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

4. Access and Usage

• Access is granted to one TradingView account per subscription
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute access to the indicator
• You may not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or extract the indicator's code
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms

5. TradingView Requirements

To use Trendicator, you must have a valid TradingView account. We are not affiliated with TradingView, and you must comply with TradingView's own terms of service. A TradingView account (free or paid) is required to access the indicator.

Trendicator does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The signals and analysis provided by our indicator are for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendicator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from your use of our service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. TradingView platform availability is outside our control.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
